بورتاوي هو تطبيق جديد ومميز علي الهواتف المجمولة والأجهزة اللوحية لخدمة العملاء "عامر جروب" من السادة ملاك الوحدات بمنتجعات بورتو والمشاريع العقارية المملوكة للمجموعة.
ويمكنك من خلال تطبيق بورتاوي أو بوابة بورتاوي الإلكترونية علي شبكة الإنترنت عمل الآتي:
1- معرفة كافة الأخبار والمستجدات في عالم بورتو.
2- التمتع بالعروض الترويجية الخاصة بخدمات توتال إف إم – الفنادق – المولات.
3- سرعة وسهولة في طلب ومتابعة خدمات النظافة والصيانة وشحن الكهرباء والمياه .. الخ.
4- سرعة وسهولة في دفع مقابل الخدمات المطلوبة مباشرة باستخدام بطاقات الإئتمان.
5- مطالعة كشف الحساب السنوي.
6- طلب إستخراج أو تجديد كروت دخول المنتجعات للملاك.
7- تقديم إقتراحات لخدمة العملاء.

Portawy is a new mobile application offering a unique experience for unit owners in Amer-Group Portos, where we lead our clients towards new concepts, showing the real meaning of After-Sales service.
Portawy offers a variety of online services that facilitates life for owners, where they may use the application to request help or maintenance for their unit, also they may use it to recharge electricity & water supply, review their financial balance & other services.
Through Portawy, Porto life is brought to you wherever you are using daily articles & multimedia about all events going on in each of Amer Portos besides announcing all new services, openings & coming events.
Portawy is still in beta version & will be enhanced soon to accommodate with the needs of owners.
